Spectrum works in communities to facilitate collaborations among various stakeholders to address local concerns and to build consensus where possible. We enable our clients to put a public face on large construction and development projects in inner-city and suburban communities. Our team conducts lots of research to assist in the development of community strategies in order to engage in effective public discourse.

Further, we test our assumptions and strategies by utilizing various proven methods of interaction and communication. The Spectrum team carefully listens to the needs and concerns of our clients and the communities in which they do business. Thus, through an approach driven by process, we are able to bring parties together to agree on commonalities and to ameliorate disagreements. Spectrum monitors construction projects to ensure developers, construction managers, and communities uphold agreements.
